▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A lithium battery negative electrode material comprises zirconium dioxide, carbon particles embedded in the inner pores of zirconium dioxide, nano-silicon embedded in the inner pores of carbon particles, and an amorphous carbon layer coated on the surface of the carbon particles. USE - Negative electrode material used in preparation of lithium battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode material ensures suppressed large volume expansion in the charging process and separation of active materials and current collectors due to charging and discharging cycles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the negative electrode material, which involves mixing silicon powder, carbon particles, amorphous carbon raw material and dispersant, grinding to obtain a silicon/carbon composite precursor, heat-treating the composite precursor at 500-600℃ under the protection of inert gas, reducing the temperature to room temperature, grinding to obtain silicon/carbon composite material, adding dispersant and a surfactant block copolymer into a zirconium salt to obtain zirconium dioxide precursor sol, dispersing the composite material in the precursor sol to obtain silicon/carbon/zirconium dioxide composite precursor, and calcining the silicon/carbon/zirconium dioxide composite precursor; and (2) preparation of lithium battery, which involves taking lithium sheet as positive electrode sheet, negative electrode material as the negative electrode active material, negative electrode conductive agent and negative electrode binder, mixing, homogenizing, coating, rolling, tableting to obtain a negative electrode sheet, arranging in the order of negative electrode shell-gasket-negative electrode sheet-diaphragm-positive electrode sheet-diaphragm-gasket-shrapnel-positive electrode sheet, injecting electrolyte, and finishing the button battery assembly to obtain button lithium battery.
