NOVELTY - Polyvinyl alcohol/graphene coated controlled release fertilizer, comprises 500-7000 pts. wt. fertilizer, 100-200 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 10-40 pts. wt. graphene and 1-10 pts. wt. boric acid. USE - Used as polyvinyl alcohol/graphene coated controlled release fertilizer comprises fertilizer. ADVANTAGE - The fertilizer has good coating flexibility, not easy to break, the coating material does not damage the soil ecological environment, excellent controlled release performance and controllable characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyvinyl alcohol/graphene coated controlled release fertilizer comprising (i) dissolving 100-200 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol powder, 10-40 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 1-10 pts. wt. boric acid in 1000-4000 pts. wt. water at 85-90 degrees C, cooling to 0-5 degrees C, (ii) spray half of the mixed solution on 500-7000 pts. wt. fertilizer until it is completely covered, (iii) frozing coated fertilizer at -10 to - 15 degrees C, thawing envelope at 1-5 degrees C, performing two freeze-thaw cycles to obtain solidified fertilizer, (iv) spraying other half of the mixed solution on the solidified fertilizer until it is completely covered, (v) frozing secondary coated fertilizer at -10 to -15 degrees C, melting envelope at 1-5 degrees C, performing two freeze-thaw cycles, getting secondary coating solidified fertilizer, (vi) drying chemical fertilizer cured by secondary coating.
