NOVELTY - The method involves synthesizing graphene layers (L1,L2) on both sides of catalyst metal film, and adhering auxiliary carrier film to graphene layer (L2), and separating graphene layer (L2) and auxiliary carrier film from laminate structure, removing catalyst metal film adhered to flexible film, transferring graphene layer (L1) to target substrate, and removing transferred flexible film by compressing target substrate.
