NOVELTY - The preparation method of reduced graphene oxide film involves (1) using graphite oxide dispersion liquid, placing in an ultrasonic machine, ultrasonically processing for 2-5 hours, uniformly stirring using a centrifuge, taking upper liquid, and filtering the sediment to prepare graphene oxide solution with specified concentration, (2) dissolving a certain amount of agar under the condition of 300-400 K water bath, and magnetically stirring for 1 hour to form uniform agar aqueous solution, (3) mixing prepared graphene oxide solution and agar aqueous solution, and magnetically stirring for 4-10 hours to obtain a homogeneous solution under the condition of 300-400 K, (4) cooling the solution to room temperature, scraping on PTFE-lined scraper blade, pasting corresponding adhesive tape according to the required thickness, and drying to obtain graphene oxide film, and (5) calcining the graphene oxide thin film in a tubular furnace under nitrogen atmosphere. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of reduced graphene oxide film with uniform and stable film-forming effect, even and controllable thickness, by simple and economical process.
