NOVELTY - A graphene oxide composite modified ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber comprises 100 pts. wt. UHMWPE, 2-5 pts. wt. graphite, and 0.05-2 pts. wt. alumina. USE - Graphene oxide composite modified ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber used as high performance heat cutting material for preparing anticutting glove. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has obvious mechanical strength, tensile strength reaching 32 cN/dtex, tensile modulus of 1600 cN/dtex, and cutting-proof grade reaching international authentication 5 level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide composite modified ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber comprising ball milling and mixing powdered materials into ball milling tank, adding white oil, dissolving with dispersant, covering and sealing, grinding for 12 hours at speed of 600-1000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain composite powder, dissolving into white oil, stirring, heating to form uniformly mixed spinning solution, spinning using jelly spinning, extracting by solvent, and drawing.
