NOVELTY - The method involves (a) mixing and stirring the graphene, efficient emulsifier and water-based polyurethanol to obtain a uniform and stable composite slurry, (b) modulating the complex slurry into a foamed coating liquid, coating on the surface of the release paper, (c) using stepped drying type full dry sticking process to dry until the water content of the coating is 10-15%, and (d) using a guide roller to connect the dried coating and the bio-bio-based TPU. The guide roller is a bending roller with a bending radian and a bidirectional screw thread. USE - Method for preparing bio-based TPU/Graphene aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for sports leisure shoes. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous polyurethane composite material prepared by the preparation method has excellent ecological environment-friendly property, and has no shrinkage wrinkle and finished product shrinkage, and improves the product rate of the product.
