NOVELTY - Composite material comprises plate-shaped copper substrate and graphene which combines with copper substrate to form layered structure, where thickness direction copper substrate is single crystalline, performance is highly oriented (111), and horizontal direction copper substrate in layer is monocrystalline or polycrystalline. USE - Composite material used as conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high-conductivity and easy to produce. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite material, which involves: (A) depositing graphene on lower surface of copper substrate plate by chemical vapor deposition technology, inducing copper substrate along (111) preferred orientation to obtain graphene sandwich-shaped covering copper substrate; and (B) densifying multiple graphene coated copper substrate by heat pressure sintering to obtain composite material.
