NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises dispersing active alkali metal or alkaline earth metal in a polyhalogenated hydrocarbon raw material, uniformly mixing, placing the mixture into a closed container, performing metal coupling reaction to obtain a liquid graphene product, adding alcohol, water, acid and active alkali metal or alkaline earth metal to the liquid graphene product to obtain a semi product, filtering the semi product, washing the filtered product using an organic solvent, acid and water, drying to obtain a graphene crude product, and removing solvent in the graphite crude product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed), which is useful as electric conductive material, catalyst carrier and electrode material in microelectronics field. ADVANTAGE - The method simply and easily prepares graphene with high purity and quality and reduced cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene comprises dispersing active alkali metal or alkaline earth metal as raw materials in a polyhalogenated hydrocarbon raw material, uniformly mixing, placing the mixture into a closed container, performing metal coupling reaction at 0-300 degrees C for 0.1-72 hours under an inert gas atmosphere to obtain a liquid graphene product, adding alcohol, water, acid and active alkali metal or alkaline earth metal to the liquid graphene product to obtain a semi product, filtering the semi product using a filter, washing the filtered product using an organic solvent, acid and water, drying the washed product to obtain a graphene crude product, and removing solvent in the graphite crude product.
