NOVELTY - High-strength wear-resistant composite fiber polyvinyl chloride material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-15 pts. wt. chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc acrylate resin, 8-15 pts. wt. graphene, 12-15 pts. wt. biomass fiber powder, 12-18 pts. wt. dioctyl adipate, 15-25 pts. wt. sulfate, 4-9 pts. wt. active light calcium carbonate, 10-20 pts. wt. feldspar powder, 11-17 pts. wt. nano-cerium oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. rapeseed plant stalk, 3-7 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 2-6 pts. wt. aluminum titanate coupling agent. USE - Used as high-strength wear-resistant composite fiber polyvinyl chloride material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent anticorrosion, heat insulation, waterproof and fireproof performance; and is environmentally friendly and stable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-strength wear-resistant composite fiber polyvinyl chloride material, comprising (i) adding 30-50 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 8-15 pts. wt. graphene, 12-18 pts. wt. dioctyl adipate, 15-25 pts. wt. sulfate, 10-20 pts. wt. feldspar powder and 4-9 pts. wt. active light calcium carbonate into the pulverizer, pulverizing, pouring into a blender and stirring for 5-8 minutes to obtain mixture, (iii) adding 10-15 pts. wt. chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc acrylate resin, 12-15 pts. wt. biomass fiber powder, 11-17 pts. wt. nano-cerium oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 2-6 pts. wt. aluminum titanate coupling agent and 3-7 pts. wt. foaming agent into mixture obtained in step (i), mixing at a high speed of 80-100 degrees C for 3-6 minutes, mixing and cooling to obtain mixture, and (iii) adding mixture obtained in step (ii) to a screw extruder, then rotating at a rotation speed of 50-90 revolutions/minute and extrusion molding to obtain final product, where the extrusion temperature is 150-200 degrees C.
