NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene conductive film, involves mixing graphite powder and sodium chloride, washing with water to remove sodium chloride, drying, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, leaving still for overnight, adding potassium permanganate, heating, adding ultrapure water and hydrogen peroxide solution, pickling with hydrochloric acid solution, dialyzing with distilled water to obtain high concentrations of graphene oxide, spinning, wrapping the flexible substrate to form graphene conductive film. USE - Method for preparing graphene conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly method enables preparation of non-toxic graphene conductive film by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene conductive film, involves mixing graphite powder and sodium chloride in mass ratio of 10:1-30:1, washing with water to remove sodium chloride, drying, adding 20-25 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, leaving still for overnight, adding 20-30% potassium permanganate, heating at less than 20 degrees C, then warming up to 40 degrees C for 30 minutes, finally warming up to 90 degrees C for 45 minutes, adding 18 M ultrapure water to dilute the concentration of sulfuric acid to 30-40 vol.%, adding 150 mL of 5-10 vol.% hydrogen peroxide solution after 25 minutes, pickling with hydrochloric acid solution, dialyzing with distilled water for 3 days to obtain high concentrations of graphene oxide, spinning with Nanon-01A (RTM: nanofiber electrospinning system) electrospinning machine at a voltage of 10-20 kV, maintaining distance between the metal needle and wire collector at 12-15 cm, and flow rate of 0.5-3 mL/hour at 500-3000 rpm, wrapping the flexible substrate on a grounded metal roller to collect tiny drops, and forming graphene conductive film.
