NOVELTY - Freeze-resistant and impermeable polymer repair mortar comprises 10-15 wt.% Portland cement, 3-8 wt.% high alumina cement, 10-18 wt.% acrylate emulsion, 2-6 wt.% modified epoxy resin, 3-7 wt.% polyamine curing agent, 1-2 wt.% mixed early strength agent, 0.5-1.2 wt.% curing accelerator, 0.1-02. wt.% polypropylene fiber, 0.5-0.8 wt.% plasticizer, 0.2-0.3 wt.% thickener and quartz sand residue. USE - Freeze-resistant and impermeable polymer repair mortar comprises 10-15 wt.% Portland cement, 3-8 wt.% high alumina cement, 10-18 wt.% acrylate emulsion, 2-6 wt.% modified epoxy resin, 3-7 wt.% polyamine curing agent, 1-2 wt.% mixed early strength agent, 0.5-1.2 wt.% curing accelerator, 0.1-02. wt.% polypropylene fiber, 0.5-0.8 wt.% plasticizer, 0.2-0.3 wt.% thickener and quartz sand residue. ADVANTAGE - The repair mortar improves mechanical properties and durability of mortar e.g. anti-freezing and anti-abrasion, adding trace amount of rare earth oxides together with sodium sulfate and calcium sulfate as mixed early strength agents and has good performance, good early strength and resistance to chloride ion penetration.
