NOVELTY - Graphene anticorrosive coating for shell of exhaust gas rapid cooler comprises 30-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene powder, 10-15 pts. wt. pigment, 5-10 pts. wt. anion powder, 0.1-3 pts. wt. aqueous paint film-forming aids, 0.1-3 pts. wt. wetting agents, 0.1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. rheological additives, 5-8 pts. wt. mixed solvent, 0.3-3 pts. wt. bactericide and 0.5-3 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as graphene anticorrosive coating for shell of exhaust gas rapid cooler. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; has low processing cost; and is suitable for popularization and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the environmentally friendly anion graphene powder coating, comprising (i) placing epoxy resin, graphene powder, pigment and anion powder into the reaction kettle, mixing and stirring for 80-100 minutes, where the reaction temperature is 65-70 degrees C, and obtaining the mixed liquid, and (ii) adding aqueous coating film-forming aids, wetting agents, antifoaming agent, rheological additives, mixed solvents, bactericides and flame retardants into the reaction kettle, mixing and stirring, where the stirring time is 30-50 minutes and the reaction temperature is 45-50 degrees C, and obtaining environmentally friendly anion graphene powder coating.
