▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modifying (M1) a surface of powder involves providing polar aprotic solvent; and mixing the solvent with powder so that the solvent adheres to the surface of powder. USE - For modifying a surface of nano-particle powder e.g. silicon powder, germanium powder and/or tin powder used in graphene-contained composite (claimed); and also useful for anode of Li-ion battery in energy technology. ADVANTAGE - Provides simple, low-cost method to improve dispersion of silicon powder without the use of surfactant as reported in prior art; efficiently reduces shrinkage ratio in volume of the silicon powder; improves conductivity of silicon and stability of cycle performance of battery during charging and discharging. The specific capacity of lower deterioration ratio of present composite is superior than that of higher deterioration of the prior art. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparing (M2) a composite involving: (a) providing polar aprotic solvent, polar protic solvent, powder and graphene oxide; (b) causing the polar aprotic solvent to be adhered to the powder; (c) dispersing the graphene oxide in the polar protic solvent; (d) mixing powder having aprotic solvent adhered on it in polar protic solvent having graphene oxide; and (e) reducing graphene oxide into graphene; and (2) graphene-contained composite comprising graphene; and powder having polar aprotic solvent adhered on it.
