NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene and deionized water are dispersed, to obtain brown-yellow oxide graphene dispersion. Weighed glucose and deionized water are stirred in flask. Aniline and hydrochloric acid solution are added to flask. The mixture is stirred, to obtain mixed solution. Oxidized graphene dispersion is added to mixed solution. Ammonium persulfate solution is dripped to brown-yellow uniform mixture and uniformly mixed. Oxidized graphene is added to mixture and filtered. The product is washed, filtered, dried and ground, to obtain polyaniline nanotubes/graphene composite material. USE - Preparation of polyaniline nanotubes/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyaniline nanotubes/graphene composite material having nanotubular structure and excellent electrochemical characteristics by simple and environmentally-friendly method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 0.02 g Self-made oxidized graphene is added to beaker containing 50 mL deionized water and ultrasonically dispersed for 30 minutes, to obtain brown-yellow oxide graphene dispersion. Weighed glucose is added to flask containing 30 mL deionized water, stirred at room temperature for 0.5 hour and the flask is transferred to ice-water bath. 0.5 mL Aniline and 2 mL hydrochloric acid solution having concentration of 1 mol/L are added to flask. The mixture is stirred under ice-water bath for 0.5 hour, to obtain mixed solution. The mass ratio of glucose and aniline is 0.1-5:1. Oxidized graphene dispersion is added to mixed solution and processed in ice water bath for 30 minutes, to obtain brown-yellow uniform mixture. Ammonium persulfate solution is dripped to brown-yellow uniform mixture and uniformly mixed for 12 hours in ice water bath. 0.8 g Oxidized graphene is added to mixture. The mixture is suction filtered and washed with deionized water until the filtrate is neutral. 2 mL Hydrochloric acid solution with concentration of 1 mol/L is added to mixture and evenly stirred in ice water bath. The product is washed with deionized water and suction filtered until the filtrate is neutral. The obtained filter cake is dried in vacuum drying oven at 50 degrees C for 24 hours, collected and ground, to obtain polyaniline nanotubes/graphene composite material. The mass ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline is 1:1.
