▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a hydrogen barrier coating by ultrasonic atomization auxiliary layer-by-layer self-assembly, involves (I) carrying out surface modification and cleaning on a substrate material to be coated, (II) preparing more than two solutions for self-assembly, and (III) using ultrasonic atomization device for preparing the hydrogen barrier coating by ultrasonic atomization spraying assistance. The treated substrate material is placed below an atomization device, respectively injected the solutions for self-assembly into different atomizers, then started spraying by the atomizers through ultrasonic atomizing spray heads, and dropped the fog on a bottom film to form a water layer along with the lapse of time after the space of an atomizing box is filled with the fog. The substrate material is taken out and dried the surface coating to remove the excess moisture, after the solution is completely dried. USE - Method for preparing hydrogen barrier coating by ultrasonic atomization auxiliary layer-by-layer self-assembly, used for preparing a graphene oxide/polyethyleneimine composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a hydrogen barrier coating which is used for preparing a graphene oxide/polyethyleneimine composite coating by using ultrasonic atomization assistance method, which effectively prevents from cross contamination, saves time and consumes less amount of waste liquid generated in a washing process, and simultaneously avoids the problem of non-uniformity caused by large liquid drops in a common spraying method, so that shortens self-assembly time, and reduces number of self-assembly layers to prepare the hydrogen barrier coating with excellent barrier property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a hydrogen barrier coating by ultrasonic atomization auxiliary layer-by-layer self-assembly, involves (I) carrying out surface modification and cleaning on a substrate material to be coated, (II) preparing more than two solutions for self-assembly, and (III) using ultrasonic atomization device for preparing the hydrogen barrier coating by ultrasonic atomization spraying assistance.
