NOVELTY - Ceramic bond toughening and reinforcement involves weighing 30-60% ceramic binder, 10-40% deionized water, 0.1-5% carbon fiber, 0.1-5% silicon carbide whisker, 1-3% graphene oxide, 0.1-3% dispersant, 0.1-3% binder, 1-3% defoamer, and 0.1-3% surfactant. The weighed components are added required deionized water into a beaker of 50 ml with a surfactant. The required ceramic binder is added to the beaker in a small amount with defoaming agent with stirring with a glass rod for 30 minutes. The required deionized water is separately weighed into three other beakers of 25 ml size, and carbon fiber, silicon carbide whiskers, and graphene oxide are separately added to the three beakers, where the surfactant is added and placed under a magnetic stirrer for 25 minutes. The beaker is placed in an ultrasonic cleaner for ultrasonic dispersion for 2-3 hours. USE - Method for toughening and reinforcing ceramic bond for super hard abrasives. ADVANTAGE - The method provides toughening and reinforcing of the ceramic bond in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with uniform ceramic body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The carbon fibers are dispersed in the beaker containing graphene oxide under magnetic stirring for 1.5 hours. The uniformly mixed slurry is poured into ceramic slurry with antifoaming agent and surfactant under magnetic stirring for 2.5 hours. The binder is added to the mixed slurry with stirring with a glass rod for 40 minutes, and then placed in a gel injection molding mold for molding. The ceramic body is placed in a muffle furnace, heated from room temperature to 250 degrees C for 1 hour.
