NOVELTY - Manufacturing carbon nanomaterial composite comprises (a) preparing a mixed solution of mixing more than two kinds of carbon materials including a one-dimensional nanostructure and a three-dimensional structure in which two-dimensional nanostructures are stacked in a solvent; (b) preparing a dispersion by ultrasonically dispersing the prepared liquid mixture; (c) preparing a powdery intermediate complex by supplying a supercritical fluid into the reactor and removing the solvent included in the dispersion; and (d) forming a composite structure in which the one-dimensional nanostructure and the two-dimensional nanostructure form a network from the intermediate composite through a supercritical fluid process in the reactor. USE - The carbon nanomaterial composite is useful for heat dissipation material. ADVANTAGE - The method secures a passage for heat and electricity transmission by a network structure formed between structurally different nanostructures included in carbon nanomaterial composite, improves thermal and electrical conductivity, and is environmentally-friendly and economical. The carbon nanomaterial composite minimizes the occurrence of structural defects from carbon material including three-dimensional structure in which one-dimensional nanostructures and two-dimensional nanostructures are stacked using supercritical fluid by exfoliation and dispersion.
