NOVELTY - Preparing antistatic masterbatch, comprises (i) dissolving 15-25 pts. wt. nylon particles in 85-115 pts. wt. high-concentration formic acid solution, allowing to stand and filtering to obtain nylon/formic acid solution, (ii) uniformly mixing 45-55 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution and 45-55 pts. wt. high-concentration formic acid solution, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene oxide/formic acid solution, (iii) slowly adding graphene oxide/formic acid solution into the nylon/formic acid solution at normal temperature and stirring uniformly to obtain nylon/graphene oxide/formic acid mixed solution, (iv) stirring the nylon/graphene oxide/formic acid mixed solution at a preset stirring speed, slowly adding distilled water or ethanol in the stirring process to separate out nylon/graphene oxide and filtering to obtain nylon/graphene oxide floccules, and (iv) drying the nylon/graphene oxide floccules and grinding the dried nylon/graphene oxide floccules to obtain final product. USE - The antistatic masterbatch is useful for preparing nylon composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antistatic masterbatch, comprises (i) dissolving 15-25 pts. wt. nylon particles in 85-115 pts. wt. high-concentration formic acid solution, allowing to stand and filtering to obtain nylon/formic acid solution, (ii) uniformly mixing 45-55 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution and 45-55 pts. wt. high-concentration formic acid solution, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene oxide/formic acid solution, (iii) slowly adding graphene oxide/formic acid solution into the nylon/formic acid solution at normal temperature and stirring uniformly to obtain nylon/graphene oxide/formic acid mixed solution, (iv) stirring the nylon/graphene oxide/formic acid mixed solution at a preset stirring speed, slowly adding 900-1100 pts. wt. distilled water or 90-110 pts. wt. ethanol in the stirring process to separate out nylon/graphene oxide and filtering to obtain nylon/graphene oxide floccules, and (iv) drying the nylon/graphene oxide floccules at 50-80degrees Celsius and grinding the dried nylon/graphene oxide floccules to obtain final product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Antistatic masterbatch prepared by above method, where the antistatic masterbatch is at least used for mixing with nylon material, extrusion and injection molding to obtain nylon composite material; and (2) Preparing nylon composite material, comprising mixing 1-10 pts. wt. antistatic masterbatch and 90-99 pts. wt. nylon chips, shaking uniformly to obtain nylon chips with antistatic masterbatch adsorbed on the surface, subjecting the nylon chips adsorbed with the antistatic masterbatch to extrusion and injection molding treatment by using a screw rod at 230-250degrees Celsius to obtain final product.
