▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite powder comprises nano-aluminum powder or aluminum alloy powder, graphene and binder. The nano-aluminum powder or aluminum alloy powder has particle size of 50-100 nm. The graphene have average number of layers of 3-4 layers and diameter of 100 nm to 3 microns. The binder is chosen from epoxy resin, phenolic resin, epoxy thinner, ethylenediamine and curing agent. The nano-aluminum powder or aluminum alloy powder is bonded to graphene through adhesive. USE - Composite powder is used for preparing graphene/aluminum-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite powder improves density and interface bonding of composite material and inhibits interface reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of composite powder; and (2) preparation of graphene/aluminum-based composite material.
