NOVELTY - Preparing nano-metal particle doped graphene film, comprises (i) mixing metal salt, graphene oxide/graphite oxide with water/organic solvent and stirring uniformly to prepare graphene oxide suspension liquid or slurry of mixed metal salt, where the metal salt is metal salt capable of pyrolyzing to form metal oxide or metal particles, (ii) preparing the suspension liquid or slurry into film i.e. graphene oxide/metal salt mixed precursor film and drying the mixed precursor film to uniformly dope the metal salt in the graphene oxide film, and (iii) pyrolyzing or chemically reducing the metal salt in the mixed precursor film into metal nano-particles and reducing the graphene oxide to obtain composite film doped with nano-metal particles. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-metal particle doped graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the weak out-of-plane heat conducting property of graphene film; produces graphene film uniformly doped with metal nano-particles; and maintains excellent in-plane heat conducting property of graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nano-metal particle doped graphene film prepared by above method.
