NOVELTY - Laminated graphene conductive film preparation involves preparing an oxidized graphene film. The oxidized graphene film is moistened with strong reducing agent and then moistened graphene film is heated. The oxidized graphene film is laminated on graphene conductive film. The oxidized graphene film is further laminated on graphene conductive film. USE - Method for preparing laminated graphene conductive film (claimed) for use in organic photoelectric functional device selected from organic electroluminescent display device, organic electric storage device and artificial muscle device.
