▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Scratch-resistant graphene-containing polymer composite material comprises 70-100 pts. wt. base resin, 1-10 pts. wt. single layer graphene, 0.5-3 pts. wt. polyetheramine, 0.2-2 pts. wt. heat stabilizing agent, and 0.2-2 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent; the thickness of single layer graphene is 1-100 nm; the polyetheramine is terminal amino polyoxypropylene ether and/or terminal amino polyoxyethylene ether. USE - Used as scratch-resistant graphene-containing polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has scratch resistance, electrical conductivity and tensile properties; and can be widely applied to fields requiring high toughness of materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing scratch-resistant graphene-containing polymer composite material comprising (1) taking above mentioned raw materials; (2) mixing the above-mentioned components in high-speed mixer for 5-10 minutes, adding mixed materials to twin-screw extruder, reaction extruding and granulating, drying at 80 degrees C to obtain the scratch-resistant graphene-containing polymer composite material; where in the twin-screw extruder, temperature of first area is 170-190 degrees C, second area is 190-230 degrees C, third area is 230-240 degrees C, fourth area is 230-240 degrees C, fifth area is 230-240 degrees C, sixth area is 230-240 degrees C, seventh area is 240-250 degrees C, eight area is 240-250 degrees C, and nine area is 230-240 degrees C; and the rotation speed of the screw is 50-80 revolutions/minute.
