NOVELTY - Insulating ink comprises 15-35 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 20-40 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 10-35 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-10 pts. wt. additives, 1-10 pts. wt. solvent and 15-20 pts. wt. carbon material composite, 15-20 pts. wt. carbon material composite, 1-3 pts. wt. zero-dimensional fullerene carbon material, 2-5 pts. wt. one-dimensional carbon nanotube carbon material, 3-6 pts. wt. two-dimensional graphene carbon materials and 6-9 pts. wt. three-dimensional graphene carbon materials. USE - The insulating ink is useful for packaging a semiconductor passive element e.g. capacitor, a resistor or an inductor, where the resistor is used for voltage division, shunt, filtering and impedance matching. The ink under the heating condition of 200°C, the passive element surface is encapsulated to form an insulating film. ADVANTAGE - The insulating ink has good hardness, thermal conductivity anti-breaking crack and high temperature resistance.
