NOVELTY - The graphene-reinforced metal composite material has a metal substrate and an enhanced phase. The reinforced phase comprises a graphene housing and metal particles in the graphene housing. The metal substrate is copper or hard alloy, where the metal base portion and the metal particles are made of the same material. the size of the reinforced phase is 0.05 to 15 microns, the size of the metal substrate is 0.5 microns to 20 microns. USE - Graphene-reinforced metal composite material for use in electronic packaging, electrical switch, integrated circuit, cutting tool, bearing, drilling tool, wire drawing die, mining machinery and structural element.
