NOVELTY - Graphene-felt electrode lattice enrichment device comprises a horizontal box body. The horizontal box body comprises an end cover side, a liquid collecting side, a tailwater outlet side, the end cover side comprises a plug-in type electrode bus (102). The plug-in type electrode bus is connected to the branch electrode pipe (103). The branch electrode pipe penetrates through a honeycomb frame to reach the horizontal quartz dielectric tube (104). The discharge body of the branch electrode tube is arranged in the honeycomb-shaped frame in a modularized honeycomb shape. The polar liquid side comprises an enriched electrode (106) and a control rod which are vertically and alternately arranged, an enriched electrode. The control rods are respectively distributed in a lattice. The control rod is composed of an anode ion exchange membrane interlayer, for preventing the metal ion enrichment on the enrichment electrode.
