NOVELTY - A graphene composite coating material filled solid electrolyte preparing method involves oxidizing a graphite into oxidized graphite with an oxidizing agent, and separating by ultrasonication to obtain graphite oxide. The silicon oxide is mixed with the prepared graphene oxide by ball milling, further coated the surface of the composite material of silicon oxide and graphene oxide with dopamine, and the polyimide is grafted to form a composite material. The obtained composite material is added to a mixed system of polyvinyl alcohol and polyimide and a flexible dopamine/graphene/silicon oxide composite material is filled by electrospinning to fill a solid electrolyte of polyimide and polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite coating material filled solid electrolyte for use in flexible energy storage device and lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene composite coating material filled solid electrolyte with high ionic conductivity, heat stability, tensile strength and flexibility and unique application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene composite coating material filled solid electrolyte prepared by the method.
