▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon carbon/graphene composite material with specific surface area 5-20 m2/g and tap density between 0.9-1.2 g/ml comprises (i) dispersing a certain amount of high conductive material in a specific organic solvent to form a dispersion, adding proper amount of nano-silicon particles and stirring uniformly to form a mixed solution; (ii) adding a certain amount of asphalt slowly into the mixed solution and stirring for a certain time; (iii) heating the system quickly to 150-250℃ at a certain stirring speed to volatilize organic solvent quickly and cooling to room temperature; and (iv) placing the product in a high temperature carbonization furnace and heating to 700-1000 ℃ in the nitrogen atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicon carbon/graphene composite material is useful as anode material for lithium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares silicon carbon/graphene composite material with low specific surface area and high tap density and used as anode material for lithium ion batteries with high reversible capacity and cycle stability.
