▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene-based autoclaved aerated concrete slab involves mixing graphene and nano-silica powder raw materials in mass ratio of 1:1000-2:1000, and stirring mixture and mixing in an autoclave stirred tank under high-pressure steam, performing steaming and brewing process to obtain graphene-silica powder. The obtained mixed material is sealed and stored in material warehouse. The graphene and silicon powder materials are mixed according with mass ratio of 2:1000-4:1000 and stirred in pulping tank to make it uniform. The obtained mixed slurry is injected into mold and then placed to the retreat room. The raw material of finished slurry in mold is formed in stasis chamber at temperature of 40-50 degrees C for 3-4 hours. The obtained product is cut into proper size and autoclaved under constant pressure and temperature for steaming. USE - Method for producing graphene-based autoclaved aerated concrete slab. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene-based autoclaved aerated concrete slab has good extensibility of graphene, and improves comprehensive performance.
