NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide through chemical electrolysis comprises e.g. (i) coating liquid resin on both sides of graphite paper to form sandwich coating, (ii) heating to completing carbonization process, (iii) natural cooling conductive sheet, removing conductive sheet, then immersing in sulfuric acid solution to obtain power electrolysis, and (iv) performing electrolysis and then dissolving electrolysis piece into brown-yellow solution and then filtering electrolyte through membrane to a pH of neutral to obtain high-purity graphene oxide solution and then drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide through chemical electrolysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide: has high oxidation degree and high purity; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide through chemical electrolysis comprises (i) coating liquid resin on both sides of graphite paper to form sandwich coating, (ii) raising temperature from room temperature to 1700-2000 degrees C, heating rate of 20 plus minus 5 degrees C/hours, to completing carbonization process, (iii) natural cooling after carbonization made of conductive sheet, removing the conductive sheet, then immersing in sulfuric acid solution to obtain power electrolysis, and (iv) the electrolysis voltage is 4-6 V, then dissolving electrolysis piece into brown-yellow solution and finishing the electrolysis; then filtering electrolyte through membrane to a pH of neutral to obtain high-purity graphene oxide solution and then drying to obtain graphene oxide powder.
