▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - An antibacterial coat preparation method involves grafting antibiotic with amino on graphene oxide by covalent binding using polyanion solution. The graphene oxide grafted with antibiotic is taken as carrier, and nano-particles. Carboxylated graphene oxide powder is dissolved in 2-morpholino ethanesulfonic acid to obtain mixed solution of carboxylated graphene oxide. The reaction solution is dialyzed and lyophilized, redissolved in buffer and graphene oxide antibiotic solution, followed by immersing grafted dopamine coated metal in graphene oxide to obtain a graft assembly of antibiotics. USE - Method for preparing antibacterial coat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An antibacterial coat preparation method involves grafting antibiotic with amino on graphene oxide by covalent binding using polyanion solution. The graphene oxide grafted with the antibiotic is taken as a carrier, and nano-particles, which is wrapped with various cell growth factors that are fixed between grapheme oxide layers by layer-by-layer self-assembly. Carboxylated graphene oxide powder is dissolved in 0.1M 2-morpholino ethanesulfonic acid solution, to obtain mixed solution of carboxylated graphene oxide by reacting the carboxyl groups on the graphene oxide carboxyl group to form amide bond group antibiotics. The reaction solution is dialyzed and lyophilized, redissolved in a buffer and 0.5-2 mg/ml graphene oxide antibiotic solution, followed by immersing grafted dopamine coated metal in graphene oxide for 0.5-24 hours using electrostatic binding, to obtain a graft assembly of antibiotics.
