▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultra-high temperature ceramic-vertical graphene core-shell nanowire comprises ultra-high temperature ceramic nanowire used as the core. The vertical graphene sheet is grown in situ on the outer surface of the ultra-high temperature ceramic nanowire core to form a linear core-shell structure. Ultra-high temperature ceramics-vertical graphene core-shell structure nanowires are grown in situ on the substrate and randomly distributed to form a three-dimensional network structure with uniform morphology. USE - Used as ultra-high temperature ceramic-vertical graphene core-shell nanowire. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, efficient and controllable, controllable in process, less in raw material consumption, high in utilization rate, high in preparation efficiency and strong in universal applicability and realizes one-step synthesis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for synthesizing the nano-wire graphene ultra-high temperature ceramic.
