▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Temperature-controlled antipyretic patch comprises component A and B at ratio of 1-10:1. The component A comprises 50-110 pts. wt. silicone gel, 0-1.5 pts. wt. inhibitor, 10-20 pts. wt. filling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. phase-change polymer material containing antipyretic and analgesic, and 0-1.5 pts. wt. transdermal agent. The component B comprises 0-60 pts. wt. silicone gel, 5-10 pts. wt. catalyst, 20-25 pts. wt. filling agent, and 0-10 pts. wt. heat-conducting material. USE - Temperature-controlled antipyretic patch. ADVANTAGE - The silica gel in patch can be cured at room temperature, which meets the technological requirements for building an intelligent temperature-controlled drug release system. The patch avoids the melting of phase-change polymer material containing antipyretic and analgesic drugs in the heating preparation environment, which will affect the clathrate structure and drug release rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the temperature-controlled antipyretic patch comprising mixing the component A to the component B, rapidly stirring and mixing at 26℃ for 5 minutes, coating on a backing material, vulcanizing for 5-10 minutes, and cutting according to specifications to obtain the temperature-controlled antipyretic patch.
