▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The negative electrode assembly has a current collector (100) and a carbon-based anode active material layer (300) that is formed on the current collector. The current collector is made of a carbon material. A metal (M) is formed between the collector and the active material. The metal is selected from silver, zinc, gold, gold oxide, calcium and mercury. The carbon material is selected among graphene, graphene oxide, carbon black, natural graphite, artificial graphite or carbon nanotube. The solid solution is in the range of -30 to 180 degree Celsius. USE - Negative electrode structure for lithium secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-based negative electrode active material layer is formed on the surface of the metal coating layer, so that the lithium of the positive electrode is filled in the carbon based negative active material layers during charging, and the lithium is moved to the metal coated layer. The complete solid solution in which the metal and lithium are dissolved is formed. The lithium alloying, solid solution and precipitation are continuously performed, so as to uniformly form and grow the lithium-deposit while preventing the metal coarsening or localization of the metallic coating layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for A method of manufacturing a negative electrode structure for a lithium secondary battery. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a SEM photograph showing the current collector-metal coating layer-carbon-based negative active material layer at a magnification of 2,500 magnification.
