▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing alpha -goethite/graphene oxide nanoparticle, comprises: (a) ultrasonically dissolving 0.4 g graphite oxide in 100 ml distilled water for 1 hour to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (b) adding 0.2224 g ferrous sulfate heptahydrate and 0.064 g ferric sulfate to the resulting graphene oxide dispersion liquid and stirring under magnetic conditions, then adding sodium hydroxide solution to attain a pH 7-8, reacting for 1 hour to obtain a black precipitate; and (c) washing the resulting precipitate with distilled water until the eluate is neutral. USE - The alpha -goethite/graphene oxide nanoparticle is useful for measuring hydrogen peroxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and reliable, utilizes economical and easily available raw materials, and produces the nanoparticles that measure the hydrogen peroxide content in a simple and fast manner using a simple equipment with high sensitivity, low detection limit and good selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a use of the alpha - goethite/graphene oxide nanoparticle for measuring hydrogen peroxide content, comprising (a1) dispersing the alpha -goethite/graphene oxide nanoparticles in distilled water to obtain 0.08-40 g/l concentration nanoparticles alpha -goethite/graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (a2) adding 0.40 ml sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer solution of 0.1 mole/l concentration and a pH of 3.5-6, then adding 0.80 ml N,N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine sulfate solution of 5x 10-4-5x 10-2 mole/l concentration, 0.50 ml nanoparticles alpha -goethite/graphene oxide dispersion liquid of 0.08-40 g/l concentration, and 1.80 ml double distilled water; (a3) ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a mixed solution, accurately pipetting 0.50 ml 0.8-2400 mu mole/l concentration hydrogen peroxide into the mixed solution, placing in 25-60 degrees C water bath for 10-30 minutes; (a4) reacting and centrifuging using double distilled water as a blank; (b1) measuring the absorbance of the reaction supernatant at 550 nm using UV-Visible spectrophotometer; (c1) plotting the absorbance corresponding to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide to obtain a calibration curve for quantitatively detecting hydrogen peroxide; and (4) testing the actual sample, processing into the test solution as in step (a1) and (b1), measuring the reaction in the supernatant at 550 nm absorbance, and calculating the actual sample to be tested by the calibration curve.
