▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing natural anti-breaking ink sticks comprises e.g. (i) placing main oil in oil lamp, placing tobacco bowl above lamp, collecting smoke regularly and adding graphene, carbon nanotubes and mixing; (ii) adding small pieces of antler saw, adding musk, borneol into cylinder, soaking in water, stirring, draining, placing in clear water, adjusting water pH and brewing on medium flame; (iii) mixing smoke and adhesive, adding adhesive with 1-5% rice paper slurry and mixing with pestle; (iv) placing blank in material barrel and forming different shapes; and (v) drying under natural ventilation. USE - The method is useful for preparing natural anti-breaking ink sticks (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes graphene and carbon nanotubes into fume, ink has effects of anti-corrosion, oil-proofing and water-proofing, refueling pulp fiber to protect strength of ink stick and is not easy to break. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing natural anti-breaking ink sticks comprises (i) placing main oil in oil lamp, placing tobacco bowl above the lamp, collecting smoke regularly and adding graphene, carbon nanotubes and mixing; (ii) adding small pieces of antler saw, adding musk, borneol into the cylinder, soaking in water for 25-30 days, stirring completely, draining, placing in clear water, adjusting water pH to 6-6.5, where ratio of antler saw and water is 1:2-1:3 and brewing on medium flame; (iii) mixing smoke prepared in step (i) and adhesive prepared in step (ii) in the ratio 1:1, adding adhesive with 1-5% rice paper slurry and mixing with pestle; (iv) placing prepared blank in the material barrel, forming different shapes by different mold ingot blank allowing to stand and molding; and (v) drying under natural ventilation environment, drying 25 g each ingot for 1.5-2 months, drying 50 g each ingot for 4 months, drying 100 g with each spindle for 8 months, drying 400 g each spindle for drying one year and drying 500 g each ingot for one year and a half.
