NOVELTY - Graphene antibacterial down ball preparing device, comprises a feeding horizontal conveying belt (2) and an atomizing sprayer (3) set on the feeding horizontal conveying belt. The discharging end of the feeding horizontal conveying belt is provided with a differential forming device (1), and the differential forming device comprises a driving device (6) and a high speed annular conveying component and a low-speed pushing component which are set in butt joint. The atomizing sprayer attaches the processing liquid to the down surface, the feeding horizontal conveying belt drives the down feeding conveying to the high speed annular conveying assembly and the low-speed pushing assembly. The driving device drives the high-speed annular conveying component and the low-speed pushing component for differential conveying, the down feather rolling formed between the two is down ball. USE - The graphene antibacterial down ball preparing device is useful for down jacket production line to make the subsequent down filling more convenient. ADVANTAGE - The graphene antibacterial down ball preparing device: can make the graphene antibacterial processing liquid processed down rolling forming into eiderdown ball structure, involves simple and easy preparation process, can directly finish the preparation of the down ball.
