NOVELTY - A 2-methyl-3,4,6,8,9-pentanitro-pyren-1-ylamine compound (I) as gold nano-cluster-graphene-based tumor cell nuclear targeting fluorescent nanoprobe (GTTN) comprising covalently coupled pyrene sulfonate derivative GTTN and gold nanocluster, is new. USE - The compound (I) is useful for preparing tumor treatment drugs (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compound (I) has excellent tumor treatment effect without action of external light source near-infrared. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A 2-methyl-3,4,6,8,9-pentanitro-pyren-1-ylamine of formula: compound (I) as gold nano-cluster-graphene-based tumor cell nuclear targeting fluorescent nanoprobe (GTTN) comprising covalently coupled pyrene sulfonate derivative GTTN and gold nanocluster, is new. M = monovalent metal ion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the compound (I), involving (a) mixing a 1,3,4,6,8,9-hexanitro-pyrene compound (II), water-soluble sulfite and water, performing nitration reaction to obtained pyrene and nitric acid, and performing reduction reaction to obtain GTTN, (b) adding chloroauric acid tetrahydrate to a bovine serum albumin solution, and adding sodium hydroxide solution for reacting to obtain gold nanoclusters and (c) mixing and stirring the gold nanoclusters and the pyrene sulfonate derivative to obtain the product.
