NOVELTY - The preparation of steam-reduced graphene oxide conductive polymer composite film involves applying or spin-coating graphene oxide solution on polymer matrix, heating, drying to obtain conductive layer, coating elastic polymer solution is on the conductive layer, high-temperature vacuum curing to obtain flexible graphene oxide polymer film, peeling off graphene oxide polymer film from the substrate, placing in a closed container, adding hydrated hydrazine solution or hydrazine hydrate-ammonia mixed solution to graphene oxide polymer film, and heating for steam reduction. USE - Preparation of steam-reduced graphene oxide conductive polymer composite film used in conductive sensing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of steam-reduced graphene oxide conductive polymer composite film with high conductivity and wide application range by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) steam-reduced graphene oxide conductive polymer composite film; and (2) usage of steam-reduced graphene oxide conductive polymer composite film in conductive sensing.
