NOVELTY - Preparing composite material pultrusion sectional material release cloth, comprises (1) mixing nysubstratelon 66, nylon 6, nylon 56 and/or polyester fiber, using one as warp direction and other as weft direction, warping, line threading, weaving, cleaning, drying and shaping to obtain required fabrics; (2) cutting and slitting fabric by laser, ultrasonic or mechanical cutter to obtain width of the fabric; (3) taking 100 pts. wt. deionized water, placing in 0.1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. potassium 2,4-hexadienoate, heating to 85degrees Celsius, placing 0.05-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, stirring for 1 hour, stopping heating, completely dissolving polyvinyl alcohol, allowing to stand for 30 minutes, and using vacuum pump to saturate gas in the solution; (4) using coating machine, coating functional solution on the surface of the release cloth by extruding roller with coating thickness of 0.01-0.05 mm; and (5) passing through drying tunnel at 100degrees Celsius to dry the surface. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite material pultrusion sectional material release cloth. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares a high-performance release cloth with stiffness, high temperature resistance and lubricity.
