NOVELTY - The chip has a vertical graphene microelectrode array that is arranged on the glass substrate (5). The vertical graphene microelectrode array is provided with n vertical graphene electrodes (6). Each graphene electrode is corresponded to an electrode channel. The graphene electrode is used for electrical coupling with the myocardial cell to be tested, so as to collect potential signals of the myocardial cell to be detected. The signal recording chip is square, and the vertical electrode graphene is 4 * 8 electrode array. USE - Signal recording chip based on vertical graphene, for use in cardiomyocyte signal monitoring for cardiovascular diseases including coronary heart disease, stroke and peripheral vascular disease. ADVANTAGE - The vertical graphene-based signal recording chip is capable of realizing non-invasive high-throughput by using the vertical graphene electrode and the myocardial cell to be detected to generate electrical coupling, stably measuring myocardium cell electric signal record for a long time, and contributing to further monitoring the latent quality of action potential in the cell.
