NOVELTY - Graphene-containing metal organic framework compact gas separation hybrid material as substrate, has materials of Institut Lavoisier-53 as main components of hybrid film with graphene. USE - Graphene-containing metal organic framework compact gas separation hybrid material as substrate for plant exhaust gas discharge to selectively remove carbon dioxide/nitrogen. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing metal organic framework compact gas separation hybrid material has excellent flexibility and hardness, high selectivity, strong permeability and excellent humidity resistance, and weather resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for graphene-containing metal organic framework compact gas separation hybrid material, which involves: (A) using polyurethane base through ozone treatment, dipping in (1.5-2.5) mg/L dopamine solution to 20-30 hours at 20-30 degrees C, cleaning the polyurethane substrate with deionized water, mixing cleaned polyurethane substrate and horizontal dipping in aluminum nitrate, terephthalicacid and ethanol mixed solution in mass ratio of 1:1:1 for 20-30 hours at room temperature for 3 hours, then adding into polytetrafluoroethylene reaction kettle at 95-105 degrees C and heating to liquid evaporation to obtain materials of Institut Lavoisier-53 film and the substrate; (B) dissolving the graphene inthe distilled water, after stirring and ultrasonic waveto vibrate for 3-5 hours to make disperse uniformly, centrifuging to remove the particles and impurities greatly; (C) adding graphite particles into the dopamine solution for 2-4 hours, then uniformly mixing polyethylenepyrrolidone; and (D) adding materials of Institut Lavoisier-53 film and substrate in graphene solution, uniformly spraying on the surface of the materials of Institut Lavoisier-53 film, finishing spraying, drying at 28-32 degrees C, repeating the spraying for 4-6 times.
