▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano-modified polyurethane packaging material comprises 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. modified graphene, 120-150 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 100 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 10-20 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 1.1-1.2 pts. wt. glycerin, 1-3 pts. wt. water, 6-10 pts. wt. cyclopentane, 0.12-0.2 pt. wt. 33% triethylenediamine and 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. stannous octoate. USE - Nano-modified polyurethane packaging material used for manufacturing instrument, equipment, electronic product and electric tool. ADVANTAGE - The nano-modified polyurethane packaging material is convenient to manufacture and transport, not easy to deform and environment-friendly, has low cost, good shock resistance, high support strength, good texture, light weight, good waterproof performance, insect resistance and electrostatic, electromagnetic wave and radio frequency interference protection, and does not release toxic gas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-modified polyurethane packaging material comprising mixing graphene and thionyl chloride at 2-6:100 weight ratio, adding into a reaction vessel, reacting under stirring condition at 70 degrees C for 20-40 hours, after reaction is finished, decompression distilling to remove excess thionyl chloride, adding 15-25 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, reacting for 48-72 hours at 100 degrees C, centrifugally separating, washing sequentially with tetrahydrofuran and dichloromethane, vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene, weighing modified graphene, polyether polyol, polyester polyol, foam stabilizer, glycerin, water, cyclopentane, 33% triethylenediamine and stannous octoate, adding into a mechanical stirring kettle, stirring for 10-20 minutes, obtaining white composite material, using foaming machine, extracting white composite material and polyisocyanate under free-foaming mixture of both at 55-65 degrees C and obtaining the product.
