NOVELTY - Rubber masterbatch composition comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber, 70-150 pts. wt. filler, 1-15 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0-50 pts. wt. softener, 0-4 pts. wt. accelerator, and 0-4 pts. wt. sulfur. USE - Used as rubber masterbatch composition. ADVANTAGE - The rubber masterbatch composition has high filler content, realizes the primary particle size of high content filler dispersed in the rubber matrix, and imparts a lower rolling resistance to the rubber product, more outstanding wear resistance and more excellent dynamic fatigue performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rubber masterbatch composition comprising (1) crushing 100 pts. wt. rubber, 70-150 pts. wt. filler, 1-15 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid into small particles of 1-10 mm, and adding 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0-50 pts. wt. softener and solvent to sol equipment, where the mass ratio of solvent to rubber is 3-20:1, the temperature of the sol equipment is 20-85℃, the stirring speed is 5-1500 revolutions/minute, stirring for 0.1-10 hours to obtain a uniformly dispersed rubber masterbatch dispersion, (2) transporting rubber masterbatch dispersion to a spray dryer, and spray drying under high pressure to obtain rubber particles with a solvent content below 10%, and the solvent enters the recovery tank through the recovery system, and (3) transporting granules to the screw extruder, and the temperature of the first to fourth zones of the extruder is 180-80℃ for devolatilization and drying, and the solvent enters the recovery tank through the recovery system, where the temperature of the five to seven zones of the extruder is 80-70℃, and adding 0-4 pts. wt. accelerator and 0-4 pts. wt. sulfur to fifth zone of the extruder through the feeding port, and svrew mixing filler and sulfur to obtain rubber masterbatch composition.
