NOVELTY - A plastic composition comprises 10-15 pts. wt. silicon nitride whiskers, 20-30 pts. wt. isoprene rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. dimethylsiloxane, 15-25 pts. wt. halogen-free flame retardant, 5-9 pts. wt. sterol resin, 3-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. light diffusing agent, 0.02-0.05 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.04-0.08 pt. wt. lubricant, 0.02-0.07 pt. wt. additional antioxidant, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. pentaerythritol stearate, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. graphene oxide, and 0.08-0.15 pt. wt. nano silver powder. USE - Plastic composition for lighting products. ADVANTAGE - The plastic composition increases scattering and transmission of light, blocks light source and glare, emits softer light, and effectively exerts halogen-free agent with high efficiency and transparency, and has excellent thermal conductivity, flame retardance, high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, thermal conductivity, and waterproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the plastic composition, which involves mixing isoprene rubber, pentaerythritol stearate, and sterol resin obtain mixture (A), adding graphene oxide and nano silver powder to a ball mill, concentrated grinding at 150-220 degrees C for 1-1.3 hours to obtain mixture (B), adding the mixture (A) and mixture (B) to a ball mill together, concentrated grinding at 180-200 degrees C for 0.5-0.8 hours to obtain mixture (C), mixing dimethylsiloxane, halogen-free flame retardant, main antioxidant, additional antioxidant and lubricant to obtain mixture (D), mixing silicon nitride whiskers, heat stabilizer, and light diffusing agent, and adding the mixture (C) and mixture (D) simultaneously, adding the mixed material to a mixer to continue mixing until uniform, adding the uniformly mixed material to a twin-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating. The twin-screw extruder is operated at zone (A) temperature of 200-220 degrees C, zone (B) temperature of 230-250 degrees C, zone (C) temperature of 260-280 degrees C, zone (D) temperature of 280-300 degrees C, zone (E) temperature of 250-270 degrees C, zone (F) temperature of 240-260 degrees C, zone (G) temperature of 260-270 degrees C, zone (H) temperature of 230-250 degrees C, die temperature of 260-280 degrees C, material residence time of 3-5 minutes, pressure of 15-20 MPa, and screw speed 500 -550 rpm.
