NOVELTY - The device has conductive layer with thermal agitation is formed on a substrate. A graphene layer for preventing the diffusion of thermal agitation is formed on the conductive layer. A functional layer is formed on the graphene layer to deliver the electric charge to the graphene layer. USE - Electrical device e.g. solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Since graphene layer for preventing diffusion of thermal agitation is formed on the conductive layer, the performance of the solar cell is improved.
