NOVELTY - A heat and oil resistant flame retardant modified nitrile rubber composite comprises nitrile rubber, ethylene-vinyl-acetate rubber, epoxy resin, glue powder, maleic-anhydride-grafted ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silica, graphene oxide, plant straw powder, coumarone, accelerator TT, accelerator CBS, sulfur, 1,1-bis(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane, triallyl cyanurate, zinc oxide, stearate, antioxidant, triethanolamine, aluminum hydroxide, red phosphorus, ammonium molybdate, benzyl triphenylphosphonium chloride, octyl phthalate and tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker. USE - Heat and oil resistant flame retardant modified nitrile rubber composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrile rubber composite has excellent heat and oil resistance, flame retardant properties, low temperature resistance and high strength, and meets the requirements of a variety of applications.
