NOVELTY - Preparing mixed film by uniformly controlling two-dimensional material-organic silicon, involves (a) dissolving organic alkoxy silane in the solvent, adding catalyst and water, hydrolyzing and polymerizing to obtain the organic silica sol, and filtering by microfiltration membrane, (b) preparing two-dimensional sheet material by peeling method, dispersing it in the ethanol-water solution, preparing the two-dimensional sheet layer sol solution, and filtering by the microfiltration membrane, (c) mixing the organic silica sol with the two-dimensional sheet solution by ultrasonic to obtain mixed sol, and further diluting by solvent, and (d) coating mixed sol-gel on porous carrier, and high temperature roasting to obtain the two-dimensional material organic silicon mixed film. USE - Method for preparing mixed film by uniformly controlling two-dimensional material-organic silicon used in dehydration and separation of pervaporation acidic solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid silicon membrane exhibits a higher separation performance of acetic acid and water in the separation of acetic acid and aqueous solution by pervaporation through adjustment of the two-dimensional sheet structure and the homogeneity of the organosilicon sol.
