▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of hollow graphene doped IVA group oxide composite material involves (S1) mixing template agent and phthalocyanine, (S2) performing pyrolysis, cooling to room temperature, (S3) adding the material into alcohol solvent and surfactant for mixing, adding carbon group element source for stirring, adding water to carry out hydrolysis reaction, washing the reaction product with organic solvent, drying to obtain composite powder, and (S4) performing high temperature treatment, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of hollow graphene doped oxide composite material used as porous negative electrode material for preparing lithium-ion batteries (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material exhibits excellent electrochemical performance in half battery, and can effectively alleviate volume expansion of tin dioxide and silicon oxide during charging and discharging.
