NOVELTY - Anti-icing coating comprises graphene nanosheets and liquid medium containing fluorine-containing resin, where the concentration of the graphene nanosheet is 2-5 mg/ml. USE - Anti-icing coating base material. ADVANTAGE - The anti-icing coating has high adhesion of the base material to the coating surface and extremely low ice adhesion, and delays the icing time to a certain extent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation method of anti-icing coating, involves adding graphene nanosheets into a liquid medium containing fluorine resin to obtain a mixture, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment on mixture at temperature of 20-50 ℃ for 6-8 h to obtain anti-icing coating.(2) coated substrate containing an ice-resistant coating, comprises substrate and an anti-icing coating formed on at least one surface of substrate, where anti-icing coating is formed by applying anti-icing coating on surface of substrate and then curing the coating;(3) process for preparation of coated substrate comprising an anti-ice coating, involves (i) Pretreating at least one surface of substrate;(ii)coating anti-ice coating on surface of pretreated base material obtained in the step (1) to obtain wet coating, heating for curing, cooling, and obtaining anti-ice coating on surface of base material to obtain coated base material containing anti-ice coating.
