NOVELTY - A graphene reinforced composite film, comprises an adhesive layer, substrate layer and active layer, where the adhesive layer comprises polyacrylic or polyurethane adhesive attaching the composite film to surface of heat exchanger, the substrate layer comprises copper foil, aluminum foil, and plastic film or non-woven fabric for loading the active layer material, the active layer comprises 40-80 pts. wt. gas-phase silicon dioxide powder, 40-80 pts. wt. talcum powder, 5-10 pts. wt. graphite, alumina, zinc oxide, bismuth oxychloride, ferroferric oxide and chromium oxide. USE - Graphene reinforced composite film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced composite film can be prepared qwith high and unique electronic structure, improved chemical, physical performances and nano particles, enhanced heat convection, increased cobalt(III) phosphide value, reduced energy consumption, in a eco-friendly manner.
